I've been busy writing a Choose Your Own Adventure story. It's inspired by Erewhon and Fighting Fantasy and my own dreams.
I want you to read it and see if a) it works and b) if it flows and c) if you like it.
a) I don't want to look like an asshole who can't handle a flowchart.
b) I've included a lot of set pieces, and I hope that they aren't too much to swallow, and that I haven't rushed the parts in between.
c) I'm writing for my own pleasure but I'd like to think people other than my parents and my Mrs will enjoy it. Shan't cry if you don't.
It's splittable into two parts and the first is ready. The second still has gaps; I wanted to stop and get some feedback before I finish it off. There is a clickable preview here. I'll send the first half to anyone who is interested, in a word document of about 150KB. Once you've read it - and that doesn't mean all of it, as there are many paths - please come here and tell me what you think.
